Andrew Jones started the company after a 20 year career in the NHS, and five years’ of consultancy work with various public sector organisations.
A Fellow of the CIPD, Andrew undertook various senior HR roles, and was an NHS board director, before moving into consultancy and working with organisations of sizes from less than 20 to more than 20,000 employees.
